Research

CAPT Network’s research plan is centred around the establishment of a multi-centre cohort of sero-discordant couples known as the DISCO Cohort. DISCO provides a platform for future prevention, microbicide and vaccine trials. The Network also has two research teams- Vaccine and Immune Monitoring and Prevention Trials- that are developing observational cohorts and clinical trial protocols.
